1. Who we are (data controller)
The online shop TTMode.com (www.ttmode.com) is operated by UAB PHYXIUS (PHYXIUS, JSC), company code 300525816, VAT code LT100003160312, registered address Laisvės pr. 71B, 07189 Vilnius, Lithuania (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”).

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Personal data we collect
- Identity and contact data: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number.
- Delivery and billing data: address, city, postcode, country; company name and VAT code if you provide them.
- Order data: products ordered, prices, order history, payment status and method (we do not receive full card details), delivery information, your comments and correspondence with us.
- Account data (if you create an account): login e-mail and an encrypted password.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies (see section 8).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Processing and delivering your order, handling payments, returns, warranty claims and customer service – performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Issuing invoices, keeping accounting and tax records, and complying with consumer protection law – compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Security of the website, fraud prevention, and the establishment or defence of legal claims – our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Newsletters and non-essential cookies – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time (unsubscribe link or e-mail to us). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Providing the data needed to fulfil an order is required to conclude the contract. Without it we cannot process your order.
4. Recipients of your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Montonio (Montonio Finance UAB / Montonio group): payment processing. You enter card or bank details directly on Montonio's secure payment page.
- Couriers and postal operators (e.g. Lietuvos paštas / Unisend and other carriers we use): name, address, telephone and e-mail, so they can deliver your parcel.
- Hosting provider (Hostinger): stores our website and database.
- Accounting service providers, and public authorities where the law requires it.
When we ship outside the European Economic Area, we transfer the delivery data needed to perform the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) to the carrier and the destination country's postal or customs services.
5. Payment card data
TTMode.com does not collect or store payment card data. Card payments are processed by Montonio and its licensed payment partners over a secure (SSL/TLS) connection. We receive only confirmation of the payment status.
6. How long we keep your data
- Order and invoice data (accounting documents): 10 years from the end of the financial year, as required by Lithuanian accounting law.
- Order and customer-service records needed for warranty claims or legal claims: up to 3 years after the order is completed.
- Customer account: until you delete the account or ask us to delete it, or after 3 years of inactivity.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Server and security logs: up to 12 months.
- Cookies: as described in section 8.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”), unless we must keep it by law;
- restrict the processing of your data;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transferred to another controller (portability);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, e-mail info@ttmode.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt, ada@ada.lt, or with the authority in your EU country of residence.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session, shopping cart, language and currency) are needed for the shop to work, so they do not require consent.
- Analytics or marketing cookies, if used, are set only with your consent where the law requires it.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the shop may then not work.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including an encrypted HTTPS connection and restricted access, to protect your personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always published on this page.
